Introducing the easiest way to decorate your mantel for the season: complete mantel kits from Surf Road
Maine is a place so fortunate to be blessed by the changing of the seasons. Each season bringing with it various gifts and natural inspirations. For us at Surf Road, using your home as a way of reflecting and celebrating those seasons is important. This Fall we are eager and thrilled to announce the launch of our seasonal mantel in a boxes!
We will feature three Mantel kits over the year: one for fall, one for the Holidays, and one for Spring. This first Fall box will be available for purchase next week and you can keep an eye out for future boxes here as well as on our instagram!
The Mantel Kit will have everything you need for a minimal effort way to surround yourself with the joys of the season!
Our first kit includes five core essential items you can use to decorate your mantel for Fall. It includes a leather scented candle made as a collaboration between Alice Yardley of Alice Yardley Maine and Hannah Martin of Near and Native. The Candle will be accompanied by a hand thrown ceramic vase made by Catie Bush of Pine State Pottery, filled with a dried floral bouquet put together by yours truly featuring dried stems from our favorite local florist, Fiddleheads, a photo frame with a photo you can use or replace by Kayte of WCKD Collective, and finally a plaid runner made by Surf Road's own Meg Dauphinais of Helleborn Designs.

The overall look will be simple and natural, the candle giving off scents of a real Maine fall and the flowers reminding us that there is beauty around us all year long. It's not a bank breaker either! This package of unique pieces made by local Maine (all female owned!!) businesses and artists, is only $130 plus shipping. We want to support local artists as much as possible and displaying their work in your home year after year is a perfect way to do so!
