Do you feel that? The SUNSHINE streaming down on your skin when you go outside?! MAINERS - we haven't felt that kind of pleasure for almost 8 whole months! It's that time of year when we are all reminded just why we live here.

I have spent the last few weekends getting our home summer party ready, and not gonna lie, it's looking really good! We live in a coastal Maine neighborhood that has access to a private beach, yes, it is truly the most magical spot. Not surprisingly, all summer long we are hosting, people wanting to come to the beach, and that means a lot of post beach day, sandy BBQ's take place! Having a cozy spot for people to chill in our back yard is essential.

This year I wanted to spruce up our front patio too, and am really loving the vibe there. Now that both of my kids are riding their bikes, I can sit out here and keep an eye on them!
