Surf Road Valentine's Day Gift Guide

My Love/Hate With Valentine's Day

Sure, I love celebrating love just as much as the next girl, but the truth is I'm a little "loved out" by Valentine's Day! With our dating anniversary being in December, Christmas, and then our wedding anniversary in January, it's a loooot of lovey dovey cards to write. Usually we skip it all together, but this year I'm feeling extra grateful for my supportive husband, and in the mood to keep the celebrations going.

Of course that means I rounded up a few things I wouldn't mind getting this Valentine's Day, but a lot would work as a gift for him/her too.  If you want to see specifically what I'm shopping for for Kyle, be sure to tune in to Instagram this week for all my picks for him.

valentines day 2023 gift guide for her

  1.  When my bestie texts me and tells me she's "never put something on so comfortable", I pay attention. I'm loving the lines and color choices of this simple, sexy, every day body suit.

  2. My new obsession with my Heretic perfume  led me straight to their collab candle with Goop. Not for the prude at heart, this candle is sure to please him or her

  3. If you've been around for a while you know my love for all things Nicole Elise Jewelry. She expertly fixed my daughter's locket last year, and just last week turned my dad's old gold pilot wings pin into the most perfect necklace. I'm loving these simple, stackable gold bands for an every day jewelry statement

  4. If you're, like me, a mom to young kids with lots of energy, it can be hard to muster up your own energy for...alone time with your love. I'm definitely adding this Sex Dust to my wellness routine ahead of Valentine's Day ;)

  5. And what interior design blog would be complete without a piece of custom home decor to add to you collection? How cute is this "Our Stars Aligned" custom print? Great for engagement gifts, birthdays, and, of course, Valentine's Day!
